SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders over £35 on our website. For orders below £35, the standard shipping cost is £6.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside of the UK and require international shipping, please contact us at info@poshsauce.uk.com. We can price up shipping for any destination. Please include your contact details, address details and your full order requirements. We can then easily issue you with a quote to your destination.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any import taxes or duty fees.

TURNAROUND

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Orders placed after 2pm will usually be shipped on the next working day. Due to large numbers of orders over the weekend, orders may take 48 or even 72 hours to despatch at the start of the week.

CARRIERS & TRACKING

We use APC & Royal Mail to deliver our orders. A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

OUT OF STOCK 

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@ukblending.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
