OUR STICKY ASIAN SAUCE RECIPE

Porkbelly, Rice Noodles & Asian Slaw

PREP TIME: 40 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pork Belly – 1 Pack (500g)
  •  ½ Grated Red Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot
  • Spring onion – ¼ cup
  • Yellow pepper – ¼ cup
  • Cilantro – ¼ cup
  • Edamame beans

Can be cooked in the Air Fryer or BBQ

METHOd

Step 1

1 pack of sliced pork belly, season with Salt, Pepper and veg oil. Cook for 15 mins then cut into chunks, add sauce 2 mins to end. Air fryer, cut into cubes, cook for 22 mins turn halfway, add sauce 7 mins to end.

Step 2

Boil rice noodles for 2 mins, drain and add a splosh of sauce, add pork bell slices to the noodles.

Step 3

Grate ½ red Cabbage & 1 Carrot, Finely slice yellow pepper, ¼ cup spring onion and ¼ cup Cilantro. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Add a squeeze of lime, olive oil, Soy sauce, Honey, salt. Mix together in bowl.
