Habanero & mango
Chicken Wings with grilled veg,
PREP TIME: 35 mins
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Wings 500g
- Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Courgette
It can be cooked in the Air fryer or BBQ.
METHOd
Step 1
500g chicken wings, season with salt, pepper & veg oil, cook on BBQ for 18 mins then add sauce and cook a further 2 mins each side. Air Fryer 25mins, turn halfway through and add sauce 8 mins to end.
Step 2
Quarter Peppers, Large mushrooms, chop courgette into 1 inch thick, season with Salt pepper veg oil, cook on BBQ for 10-12 mins add sauce cook for a further 2 mins. Air fryer, cook for 12 mins. Add sauce and cook a further 2 mins.
