OUR CHIPOTLE SAUCE RECIPE

Mini Pork & Apple Burger Sliders with Portobello mushrooms

PREP TIME: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sausage Meat – 400g
  • Apple Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms
  • Brioche Buns

It can be cooked in the Air fryer, BBQ or frying pan.

METHOd

Step 1

400g sausage meat, 2 table spoons of apple sauce, mix together until you get a smooth texture. Make into 8 even balls then make into a burger shape, 1cm thick. Cook 4/5 mins per side.

Step 2

Season mushroom with Salt, Pepper Veg oil, cook until soft.

Step 3

Warm mini brioche buns and add Pork burger and mushroom, add splosh of sauce and any Extras

Step 4

Add some extras like a slice of cheese, Caramelised red onion, Fried egg, Rocket
